Congratulations to Martin, our staff member of the month for May 2017. Martin has made a sterling contribution to the service desk since joining the team in late 2016. He quickly rose to the top of our leaderboard by consistently answering more calls in the past 3 months than anyone else in the company. Well done Martin and thank you for your daily efforts.
Martin is a member of the service desk team and he is our client’s first point of contact when they call. His ability to answer the phone quickly and efficiently is a major part of our operation at iQuda.
We track our performance by measuring key indicators including our call volume, wait time, same day close rate and the number of SLAs we meet or exceed. The statistics are posted on our website and shared with our clients every month. Martins contribution to our service KPIs is vital and we’re grateful for how effective he’s been since joining the team.

It’s clear in our Service KPIs that Martin is making a sterling contribution to the service desk. For the past 2 months alone he’s answered twice as many calls as the closest runner-up. He never loses his friendly and personable touch that our clients appreciate. We think he should be really proud of that.
We choose a new team member to be our staff member of the month by looking closely at who’s doing well and what they’re doing to make us great. The award is open to every department and seeks to recognise excellence in every area of the business.
