We will bring your devices under management as part of a managed onboarding plan. Our monitoring agent is installed on all devices we will be managing, and this automatically notifies us of key system metrics. Our team manages your workstations from that moment, automatically responding to any anomalies or lags in performance.

You will start benefitting from unlimited remote & technical support as soon as you’re onboard. As part of our managed workstations service, we are here to help you whenever you need us. You can contact us when for example your PC isn’t working as you’d expect, or you can’t open an important attachment. We will automatically log a ticket with a unique reference number and go about resolving your issue for you. This service is driven by powerful remote support and 24/7 monitoring software, which enables us to offer support at a fraction of the usual cost.
